I was browsing shoprsa.com for a few items, but a couple of the things I actually wanted were out of stock. It was sorta frustrating because the site kept showing similar products, just not the exact ones I needed.

Ordering the stuff that was available went smoothly enough, so that part was fine. I just wish the stock info was updated a bit better or that there were more options available. Overall, not a terrible experience, but sorta average.

I placed my order and everything arrived exactly how I picked it... no wrong sizes, nothing missing. Even the little add-on was included, which I was happy to see. Overall, shoprsa was simple, straightforward, and got it right

I appreciated that shoprsa.com had a few different payment options. For me, it made the whole checkout feel a lot less stressful because I could just pick the method I was most comfortable with. The payment went through quickly, and I didn’t run into any problems, so overall I had a smooth experience.

I don’t know, the whole thing felt a little sketchy to me. I was already feeling kind of pressured to go through with it, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really say anything that made me feel better. I’m not totally comfortable trusting the site yet.

Shipping was way slower than I expected and the updates did not really help much. I kept checking and still felt like I had no idea when it was actually coming. Frustrating overall and I probably would not order again if I needed something quickly

I had a really good experience using shoprsa.com, especially for managing my account!!! Updating my details and checking my info was simple, with no confusing steps or anything like that!!! I did have one small question, but it got sorted out quickly!!! Overall, I’m really happy with how smooth and easy everything felt!!!

It looks fine at first glance, and the color/finish is pretty much what I expected. I did notice the material right away though, it has that slightly thin, plasticky feel when you touch the edges, and it doesn’t feel as sturdy as I’d hoped. Not terrible, just kind of average and not something that feels especially high quality...

I felt like the prices were fair for what you get. Overall, it seemed like a good value to me, don’t you think?

I was a little unsure before ordering, but the item I got from shoprsa.com actually looked just like the pictures?? The colors and details were accurate, and there weren’t any weird surprises, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m happy with it

I returned an item to shoprsa and did end up getting my refund, but it took longer than I expected. Customer service replied eventually, but I never fully trust support teams when money is involved, so the waiting made me a bit uneasy. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, I just wish the refund process had been quicker and more straightforward.

The box showed up dented, and my first instinct was to check everything right away. Luckily the item seemed okay, but the packaging could definitely use some improvement.

Support got back to me really fast and did fix the issue, which I definitely appreciated. I’m glad it was resolved, though I still feel a little mixed because I wish I hadn’t run into the problem in the first place.
